Students at University of Warsaw enjoy full freedom of association as well as representation as entrenched in the University Statue.

The Faculty of Law and Administration Students Council is made up of all of the students in the Faculty. It operates through its subsidiaries, which are Law Students General Assembly and the Law Students Council Board. The bodies are made up by general elections, which every student is eligible to take part in. Representatives of law students also sit in the University of Warsaw Student Parliament, the Faculty Council and the University of Warsaw Senate. Amongst the responsibilities of the body are: students rights protection, distribution of social services, all types of organisational activity and consultation powers regarding the decisions of the Faculty authorities.

Apart from the Student Council whereof all students are members, the Faculty recognizes a host of associations, clubs and study groups. The many organisational units involved with the Faculty of Law and Administration enhance the educational and cultural life of the Faculty.
