The Head of School of Polish Law and Departamental Coordinator of Socrates/Erasmus Program:
dr Jakub Urbanik

The Council of the Law Faculty, considering the fact that there are some people interested in the Polish legal system that have no (or little) command of Polish and in order to facilitate the international student exchange in the framework of the European and Bilateral Educational Programs, has decided to create the School of Polish Law.

Its main goal is to teach the principles of the Polish Law. The course is taught in English. The School of Polish Law is intended to be two-semester programme offered by the Faculty for foreign students and Polish students from the other faculties who want to broaden their knowledge of Polish Law.

The School syllabus has been designed in order to provide foreign students with 60 ECTS points. This allows them to complete two semesters of studies. The students who have been granted a one-semester scholarship are able to complete one semester thereby gaining 30 ECTS points.
