Reforming the European Union
“Reforming the European Union” is a triennial research project executed within the framework of Jean Monnet Programme by the Chair of European Law of Faculty of Law and Administration of University of Warsaw. The prestigious title of Jean Monnet Chair of European Law ad personam has been granted in recognition of the research experience and output of Prof. Eugeniusz Piontek. The main goal of the project is divulgation of information on the reform processes within the European Union among students and society. The realisation of the project includes, inter alia, creation of three new courses on European Law at the graduate and post-graduate level of studies and their teaching for three years, organising of an international conference Quo Vadis Europe II, preparation of Polish-Ucrainian Seminars on the Community Law and publication of the materials with an aid of an e-learning platform. The project started in September 2007 and shall last till the end of the academic year 2010/2011.
