Aim of conference:
As early as i
n 1909, prior to gaining independence by Poland, a “Register of criminal offenders and manners of their detection” was set up in Warsaw. A hundred years later, the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Polish Police along with the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw came up with the initiative to celebrate this notable Anniversary through organising International Scientific Conference. Celebration of 100 Years of Dactyloscopy in Poland attended by prominent academic representation including high profile practitioners from Poland and abroad shall allow for presenting the achievements in this oldest discipline of forensic examinations as well as highlighting its future development trends. The Conference will also constitute an essential element of celebrating the 90th Anniversary of establishing the National Police in Poland.

3. Conference Fee:

150 PLN (or equivalent in other currency), which includes: coffee breaks, lunches during three conference days, participation in social events, such as sightseeing, welcome reception on September 2, 2009.
