WPiA UW and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce strengthen their cooperation

On October 15, 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (WPiA UW) and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG) in Warsaw.

The agreement provides, among other things, for:

  • organizing joint conferences, seminars, and training sessions,
  • participation in teaching activities, particularly within the postgraduate program Arbitration in Practice,
  • exchange of informational materials and publications,
  • granting patronage to conferences,
  • granting patronage to the postgraduate program Arbitration in Practice as well as promoting and disseminating information about it,
  • accepting University of Warsaw students for internships and traineeships at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

The agreement was signed by:

  • Prof. Sławomir Żółtek, Ph.D., D.Sc. – Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw,
  • Monika Hartung – Chair of the Arbitration Council,
  • Agnieszka Durlik – Director General of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

This cooperation marks an important step in strengthening ties between the academic community and the practice of arbitration.
